Villages Folk School Container Candle Classes
Learn two methods of
hand-piecing a quilt top, just like Great-Grandma did. This two-day class
will teach you the techniques of 
Hand
Appliqué and English Paper Piecing
and also start hand quilting your project.
2010 Class Dates: Dec. 11 and 12
Where? In Bentonsport, the Mason House Inn dining room.
What time? Class starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, with an hour lunch break from Noon to 1p.m. each day.
What about lunch break? Bring your own sack lunch or purchase lunch at one of the quaint restaurants in Bonaparte or Keosauqua.
What about supplies? A supplies are included. You may want to bring a basic sewing kit with needles, pins, scissors, and thimble.
How much? A bargain at $90, which includes 12 hours of instruction and $30 worth of supplies!
What about class size? A minimum of 2 students are needed to hold the class. Maximum of 6.
