Chuck: "Harold, yesterday one of our guests had a hard time coming in the front door. Was somebody pulling on the front door?"....................'She made it hard.'

"Who made it hard?"..................'Mia'

"Who's Mia? Is she a resident of the Inn?"............'No. Not yet.'

"And how old is Mia?"..................'29'

"Mia, did you die in Bentonsport?".................'No. It's a bit of a walk.'

"What year did you die?".........................'1909'

"Can you tell us your last name?".................'Malachi' (Something like that.)

"Welcome to the Inn."...................Man's voice: 'She needs the light.'

"Oh, are you part of the group going tonight?"..................Mia: 'Yes. It's too busy here.'

"The Inn is too busy?"...................'Too crowded. It's reserved.' Harold: 'She was helping. No room.'

"Oh, the sign on the door said we were full, so she made it hard to come in?"..................'Yes'

"Well, thank you, but the lady was already staying here."....................'Oh, okay.'

"Is Daniel here tonight?"..............'All right!'

"Have you been watching over Joy since last time Chris was here?"...................'I'm one of the many.'

"What year did you pass?".....................Man's voice: 'I'm with Mia.'

"Mia's popular."......................Mia: 'Yeah, I am.'

"Daniel, what year did you pass?".....................Mia: 'Why don't you just guess.' Man's voice (not Daniel) : '1888. I'm gone.'

"And what is your last name?".....................'Martin'

"Do you know your age at your passing?"...................'27'

"How many of the Inn residents went to Texas with us?"...................Harold: 'Seemed like eighty.' Curtis: 'I think it was seven.'

"Tyler, do you know?"................'I don't know.' Mia: 'Everyone went.'

"Did anyone stay here and watch the Inn?".......................Harold: 'One stayed.' Mary: 'I stay here.'

"When we went to the big ship, did any of you go with us?"..................Harold: 'I went.' Curtis: 'Yes'

"Did any of you see what happened to Joy there?".......................Harold: 'It was really big!'

"When we went into the chapel area, Joy saw someone sitting in a pew. Were our residents with us in the chapel?".................'Yes'

"Did we help the sailor go to the light?"................'You helped him find his purpose.'

"Was he able to go to the light then?"..................'Already'

"Did it help for me to go back and talk to him?"...................'Yes'

"Do you know what his name was?".......................'He traveled back.' 'Pete' 'Pete'

"Did you guys go to Cassie's baptism?"...................'Twelve. Family.' 'Oh my lord!' 'Six went.'

"Are they family I would know?"..................'At least'

"Do we have a high energy group tonight, Harold?"....................'Very' Mia: 'I'm doing hair and makeup.'

"Is there going to be a party tonight?"...................Harold: 'You're going to have an experience. There's going to be a party. Call your angels.' 'Room 3, They're being bad. The kids opened the door. Being bad.'

Cindi: "That would be mine."......................'Better check.'

(At this point I start hearing knocking sounds in the background. We did not hear these knocking sounds at the time.)

"Lewis Mason, are you here?"..................'Yes sir.'

"Are you going to be involved with what is going to happen in the second session?".................'It's a good thing.'

"Are you and Markie working together to pass them over?".....................'Yes'

"So we'll do that at the end of the second session, is that okay?"..............'Okay'

(There were some personal messages here that I do not transcribe.)

Guest: "Who was walking around my room last night?"...................Harold: 'That was Amanda.' Amanda: 'Hey!'

Guest: "It's okay, you can come visit us if you want.'...............Amanda: 'Okay'

Chuck: "Amanda, did you go watch Jinni at the Basketball tournament in Iowa City last weekend?"............'I did.'

"Did you cheer her on for her first place?"....................'Couldn't stay calm. She was excited. I love her.'

Cindi: "Brennen keeps seeing something that scares him, do you know what it was?".................Harold: 'It's just Bart. He does not mean to scare.'

"So does Bart keep following Brennen?"................Bart: 'I'm just there. He sees me. I'm large.'

Chris: "Okay, we're going to go now. We'll be back in a few minutes with a new group. Bye.".............'We'll be here.'

Saturday, May 14, second session:

Chris: "Hi Ty. We're back with another group."..................'Go'

Jinni: "Amanda, did you go to camp with me?"...............'Yes. See. I see you.'

"Are you going to see me in bed tonight?"...................Harold: 'This is taking too much time.' Amanda: 'Good night, Jin.'

Chuck: "Last night, who tucked the bed in around Natalie?"................Harold: 'Thomas.' 'Thomas' 'He did it.' 'Four times' (Natalie woke to find her covers tucked in all the way around the bed. She kicked them loose and when she woke again they were tucked again, and again, and again.)

"Is General Ford here tonight?".....................Man's voice: 'Of course.'

"General Ford, can you tell me what war you were in?".............'The Great War. Infantry.'

"You were in the infantry?"................'Yes'

"Were you in the War Between the State?".................'Machine gun'

"Can you tell me what year you died?"...................'No. I passed.'

"Were you in World War One?"...................'I'm done.'

"You're not going to tell us?"...................'No. Not on this date.'

"Okay, perhaps another time."...................'I'd be happy to.'

"Is Lewis Mason still here?"......................Lewis: 'Yes'

"Lewis, I went to the library to look for the date of the hanging of the slave that you gave us of 20 July 1862 and could not find anything. Do you have any leads that will help us find it? I looked in the Keokuk paper and could not fid anything.".......................'Came from the train.'

"Is the date right that I was looking?".................'Yes'

"There's no Bentonsport paper that exists any more.".................'Train'

"Did they write about it in your obituary?".................'Don't know'

"Can you give me a lead where I can go from here?"...................'Train.'

"What does that mean about the train?'..................'Transported after July. Thirty cities.'

"The story went to thirty cities after the event?".................'Yes, by train.'

"Well, we'll keep trying to find an article."................'I told them train.'

"Are you talking about a physical train"?"..................'The African.'

"Do you have a city that it might be in?"..................'Roseport'

"We'll try again another night. Thanks."...................'It's hard.'

"Cindi had the smell of vanilla last night. What was that about?".................'Brock'

"Were you trying to get Cindi's attention?".....................'Greenhouses. The beans.'

"The vanilla beans?"...................'Daniel Brock'

"Daniel are you an adult or child?"..................'Adult'

Paulette: "I'm wondering about Daniel Martin. Your mother, do I remind you of her?"..........'Yes. It's been a long time.'

Guest: "Who was walking around in Room 6?"...................Amanda: 'I was trying to steal it.'

"But we left it for you and told you you could take it."................'Oh.'

"That's not stealing if we say you can have it.".....................'Okay. I tried to get it.'

"Keep trying, you can have it.".......................'You're going to miss me.'

"Are you leaving us, Amanda?"....................'Yes. I didn't do it.' Harold: 'I'm going home.'

"You are home, Harold."......................'Yeah'

Chris: "Ty, are you ready. How many are going?"....................'Many. A thousand.'

"Okay, we're ready. Let me know."..................'Okay'

"Who's leading?"...................'Lewis' Various voices: 'Jonathan' 'Peace' 'It's beautiful' 'Wow'

"Every one move into the light. There's love there."......................'Jonathan'

"Jonathan, what do you want to say?".................'I was broke. Desperate.'

"Did you steal from someone?"...............'Yes'

"You'll be forgiven. Just go into the light. Everything will be okay."....................'It's hot.'

"No. It's not hot. It won't hurt you."........................'I hurt Steve.'

"I'm sure he'll forgive you. Ty, how many more?"...................Ty: 'Two. One now. 1258 gone through. One won't go. Jonathan won't go.'

"Can you pull him through?"......................Jonathan: 'It's hot.'

"No, it's not hot. Go with Tyler. He can help you.".......................'Can't go.'

"I'm sure you're forgiven. You can go. It will be okay."......................'Scary'

"It's not scary. Just walk into it."........................Ty: 'He's through.'

"Okay, Ty, will there be more tomorrow?"..................'Different ones.' Harold: 'Our network's down. Party time.'

Chuck: "You guys did a great job with the Earthbound Railroad. It seemed more organized."...............'Figuring it out.'

"The guests are expecting alot of activity tonight."........................Harold: 'Party time.'

"I felt you guys by me tonight when I did my talk.".....................'Mary was watching. She likes to watch you work.' 'Woo-hoo'

"Are you guys celebrating?"...............'Party at the Inn.'

(At this time we heard harp sounds.) A deep male voice: 'This door is open to everyone. Good night.'

Then the box turned itself off.

Sunday, May 15, Room 5, first session:

Chuck: "Harold, you know our cat Patches has passed away. Is she a spirit here at the Inn now?".............'Yes. She's here with me.' Amanda: 'I play with her. She follows me.'

"Does she jump on the beds like Josephine does?"...........'Not yet. Give her time. Needs energy.'

"Oh, okay. Is General Ford here tonight?"..........'No'

"Hey, Harold, is your mother here tonight?".........'Yes, she's here.'

"Martha Jo, is Harold behaving himself?".............Woman: 'Always. Don't make a big deal out of it.'

"Do you reside here all the time, or do you come and go?".............'Mostly all the time. I've become skilled.'

"Skilled at what? Do you help with the kids?"........'Kids'

"Does Harold try to get the kids in trouble and you try to keep them out of trouble"?............Harold: 'There's no harm in that.' Ty: 'There's alot of people from town here.'

Guest: "Can spirits communicate to each other even though they speak different languages like Spanish, French, English..?"............Harold: '98 percent of the time, yes.'

Same guest: "And how do they communicate? Voice? With their minds? How?".........'Through Tyler.'

Chris: "She means in general, not just here. Do they communicate through thought?"........Ty: 'If they are intelligent, yes.'

Different guest: 'I heard a big bang outside last night about 1:15am. What was that sound?"........Harold: 'Vortex. It was a blast.'

"It was really loud, it woke me up from a sound sleep. Other people heard it too."...........'It was a residual sound. It was a race to go through.'

Chuck: "Like a sonic boom? The sound of energy?"...........'Yes, lots of energy, very fast. Some people can hear it. Good thing nobody got hurt.'

Guest: "Do spirits enjoy food or alcohol?".........Harold: 'No. Not here.' Bart: 'I wish.'

Chuck: "So there was a vortex that occurred outside the building, near Room 8, on the Inn property?"........'Yes. Back yard.'

"Is it a regularly occurring vortex there?".........'No. It was a gamble to try what they did. Nobody got lost. They were lucky.'

Chuck: "Who took the earrings in Room 7?"...........Amanda: 'It was Anna.' Harold: 'Amanda. They're safe now.'

Guest: "Thank you for giving them back."..............Amanda: 'Sorry. They were pretty.'

Chuck: "Thank you for bringing them back. That was very nice of you."............Harold: 'She wants a medal for it.'

Guest: "They are my favorites."...............Amanda: 'I thought you were going to cry. So I gave them back.'

Chris: "We're going to go now. We'll have another group in a minute."............'Okay.' Woman: 'Shut this off.'

Second session:

Chris: "Ty are you there?"...........'Go'

Chuck: "Ty, a question for you. Do you have a female technician assistant working with you?"..........Woman says 'That's twenty.'

Chris: "I think the earthbounds are arriving for the crossing.".............Woman: 'Up to thirty now. Still coming in.'

Guest: "Lots of people come here on a full moon because they think the spirits are more active then. Do you even know when it is a full moon?"................Harold: 'That's for the living.'

"What about the Super Moon activity. Does that give you energy?"............Harold: 'I didn't even know it was happening. I missed it.' Ty: 'There's too many. They want to cross now.'

Chris: "Do you want to do the crossing now?"...........Ty: 'They won't wait any longer. They are going on now.'

Many voices saying :'Thank you' 'Stay out of my way.' 'Leaving this house.' 'It's time now.' 'Let's go.' and many of them saying their names as they go. Over 2000 went to the Light. We had to shut down so Chris could re-coop. When we turned it back on, there were still 400 more to go. One man asked who was in charge. We told him Lewis was in charge of the crossing. He said it was not very well organized and started cussing at Lewis and we had to turn it off again. When we turned it back on again, things were alot calmer.

Guest: "Why can't they cross on their own? Why do they wait till Chris is here with his box?"..........Harold: 'They want to be convinced to go."

Chris: "It's like they get a chance to go to the Light when they first pass, but if they don't go they are stuck here. Then they have to be gathered and go as a group. Lewis convinces them but they still need the living to tell them it's okay to go."

Joy: "I think it is like going to an amusement park. You know there will be roller coasters there. But not everyone wants to ride the roller coasters, so they don't go. Others can't wait to go and they go on their own. Some need to be convinced that it will be okay and they need to be accompanied, then they go. Others won't go no matter what. Not everybody believes in Heaven and knows what the Light is. They see it, but won't go unless somebody convinces them it will be okay. Others go willingly. Some are afraid of judgment and won't go no matter what."

Chuck: "Is Frederick Hancock here?"..............'Frederick. Yes.'

"What do you think of the new addition on your house?"...........'I like it the old way. I'm serious.'

"Do you let them know you are there?"...........'Confirmation. Yes.'

"Do they know you are there?"............'I'm staying there. Yes, they know.'

Chuck: "We have a picture of some kind of animal in front of the Inn. Does anyone know what kind of animal that was?"...........Harold: 'It's a varmint.'

"But is it a cat? On our side or your side?"............'Try trapping it.'

"Anybody else?"................'The water's going to rise this summer.'

"Is it going to flood?".............'High water. Get ready for it.'

"Is it while we are on vacation in June?"..........'Maybe'

"Should we sandbag now?".............'Yes' 'It's going to be bad.' 'Up to the second floor!'

"Are you being serious or kidding us?"............Ty: 'They're kidding. It'll be high but not to the second floor.'

"Is there anything we can do?"..........'Pray' 'Fast moving.'

"Is the reservoir going to break up at Des Moines?"...........'Bad' 'Something is continuing.' 'Fast moving.' 'Get your insurance.' 'Scary thing.' 'Be prepared.'

Chris: "Ty. Do you know the source on this?"............'They're trying to be scary.'

Chuck: "Harold, are you buying this?"........'No way.' He laughs.

"Did you get us Harold?"............'This isn't happening.'

Joy: "I have a question for Harold or whoever might have an answer. When does a baby receive a soul? At birth? Before birth?"............Harold: 'When it takes its first breath.'

"So if a baby is miscarried or aborted, it never had a soul?"..........'Not yet.'

"So does the soul that the baby was supposed to have get another chance?"..........'Yes it does.'

"Thanks Harold. Thanks Ty. Thanks for your help."............'Bye'

At this point we heard harp music playing. A deep voice said 'You can't know that yet.' Then the box turned itself off.

(During June, the river came up to the road but did not reach the Inn.)
