Christopher Moon and his mom, Paulette Huff, were here this weekend for another terrific class, now called Paranormal Investigator Academy.  The following is the transcripts from the Telephone to the Dead sessions.

     Saturday, 9 Nov., Room 5: We had three groups of guests that asked questions in different sessions, various voices answered:

"Who scared me on the bridge the last time I was here?" ..................... 'Sorry.  That was me.'

"Do you like having all of us here?" .................... 'Yeah'

"Who was me?" ........................ 'Bart'

"John are you still here?" .................... 'On the first'

"Do you still want to jump on the bed with Zander?" ......................... 'Yup'

"Do you like books?" .......................... 'What?'   Mary: 'I need more information.'

"What's your favorite animal?" ....................... Harold: 'Dog. Ruff'

"Will President Lincoln visit us this weekend?" ........................ 'He's right here.'

"Who turned on my mom's IPOD?" ........................ 'Its mayhem here.'

"Are you partial to blonds or brunettes?" ................... 'Neither.  Red heads.'

"How many spirits came here with Chris?" ......................'It's a holiday.'   'We want to play with the front door.'

"How many of you are veterans?" ............................ '40'

"Can you turn on a lamp?" ..................... 'We will.'    'First make them a sandwich.'

"Who said that about the sandwich?" ...................... 'Harold'

"What kind of sandwich do you want?" ..................... 'Meat'    'Surfer Jack, Surfer Jack.'

"How did you know I am a surfer?  That's so neat!  Do you know what surfing is?" ........................ 'Yeah'

"So you must be from one of the coasts?" ............................ 'Not now'

"How many children are in the room with us?" ......................... '6 now'

"Who is it that sits with Zander when he plays his video games?" ............................... no answer

"Can we play a game?" ....................... 'No'

"Do you like this new class with Chris and his mom?" ...................... 'It's genius.  Hard for them.'

"Did you attend a university?" ...................... 'Yes'   'No'   'Yes'

"How many spirits came with me?" ..................... 'Too many'

"Is anybody going to go home with me?" ..................... Harold: 'Me'

"Harold, are you back here full time now?" .................. 'He keeps me here.'

"Who keeps you here?" ..........................'Him. Lincoln.  Makes me work.'

"When Abigail was here, she saw a man forming here with glasses and a reading book, who did she see?" ................. 'Got me'

"Does anybody know who was with Abigail that night?" .............................. no answer

"Who was in Room 6 when Kristin was here?" ..................... various voices:  'Jamie'   'Jamie's in love.'  'She likes to take the power out.'  'She messes with the air conditioners.'  'She likes babies.'

"How old are you Jamie?" .........................girl's voice: 'Nine.  Nine.'

"Are you a resident here in the Inn?" .................... 'Yes, now.'

"I take it you've gone to the light?" .............. 'Yes'     Harold: 'She likes talking.'

"Mary, are you here tonight?" ..................... Mary:  'I am.'

"Mary, Joy sees you as being upset, with your arms folded, looking out your window.  Are you upset with something?" ................... 'Things'

"Us?" ......................'People in town.'

"Is it the way they are treating us?" ..................... 'Yes.  They're very hateful.'

"I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do about it." .................... 'I will.  They won't like the look on my face.'

     (Some people in town don't like that we advertise that the hotel is haunted.  They think it will scare away their business.  When you visit the other stores here in town, mention that you are here BECAUSE the hotel is haunted and you like it.)

"Did any of us here today bring someone with us?" .................... no answer

"Do spirits like Halloween?" .......................Morris: 'It's great!  Morris.'     Amanda: 'Aw, I missed it.'

"Hi Morris.  Do you remember me?" ....................... 'Oh, yes.'

"Is everything good with you now that you've gone Home?" .........................'It wasn't a problem.'

"Are you back full time or just visiting?" ........................ 'I'm back.'

"Can you sit on my lap again, Morris?  Like you did before?" ................................ 'Oh yeah.  I'll follow you.  Love you.  I lost my apple.'

"I lost an earring in this room (Room 5) earlier.  If we give you an apple will you give back the earring?" ...................... 'Most likely.   I'll trade.'

"Who took the earring?" ........................'Me. Morris'      (The earring was found later, down in the dining room, and an apple was placed on the vanity table for Morris.)

"I'll get you an apple and trade you for the earring, okay?" ...................... Harold: 'He's a good kid.  He's playing keep away.'  'I didn't like the pistol.'

"Who discharged the cartridge out of the pistol?"................ 'Me. Harold.  I was worried someone was going to get killed.'

"Thank you for protecting Cindi." ...................... 'Don't like guns.  Is he gone?'

"Yes." .......................'Easy pickin's'

"Harold I like your picture out in the hallway." ..................... 'Aw.'      'I'm going to sit on the mattresses.'     'Got a couple of things planned.'

"Is Amanda here?" ................... Amanda: 'Here'

Jinni: "Hi, Amanda!" ........................ 'Hi Jinni.   Love you.'    Harold: 'She's special.  We all love her.'

"Does anybody know what happened to Fluffy?" ................................ 'On the porch'

"Did he get hurt by a dog or coyote or something?" .................. 'Leg pulled.  Hurt his back.'

"Was that on the porch by Room 3?" ........................... 'Needs rest.  He'll be okay.'

"Thank you for talking to us." ........................ 'It was fun.'

"Daniel, are you here this evening?  I haven't seen you." .................. 'Finally.  It's good to meet up.'

"President Lincoln, are you here with us?" ....................... 'Welcome back.'

"Who else is here?" ...................... various names

"How many are here to talk to us?" ................... '20 now.'

"Did somebody mess with my camera earlier tonight?" ..................... 'Flash'

"Did we see a mist from one of you down in the parlor tonight?" .................'Yes'

"Is Bart going to drink some beer we brought for him in our room tonight?" .............. Harold: 'He ain't thirsty.'    Bart: 'Beer!'

"I'm related to Mary Todd Lincoln.  Is she here?" .................. 'The same.'

"Who is in the picture I took in my room tonight?" .................... 'I was in the hallway.   Harold'

"Will Daniel be in our room tonight?" ........................ 'Happy.  Yes'    'That's me.  Hi'

"Is Billy the Kid here?" ...................... Ty: 'He can be.'      Harold: 'How cool'

"The river is so low now, does it cause any change in the energy in the Mason House?" ........................ 'Yes.  Low energy.  It's harder to think.  The timings off.'

"Are you excited for the Holiday parties?" ................ various voices: 'Wee'   'Yes'  'Can't wait'    Amanda: 'I'm going to sing.'

"What are you going to sing?  Do you have a plan?" .................... 'Not yet.'

"Are you going to sing by your self or with the family?" .................... 'With the family.  I want to be useful.'

"What do you think about Chuck and Joy decorating for Christmas for all of the grandchildren?" .............. 'Love it.'    'I like the ornaments.'  'I like messing with the lights.'

"Whose picture did I get by the beer?" ....................... 'Hammel.   And a dog.'   'It's excellent.  Thank you.'

"Do you want another beer?  Bart, can you drink the beer?" .......................... 'I'll try.'

"Do you miss the bar being there?" .......................... 'Yup.'

"Is there anyone here who needs communication from the other side?" ........................ 'Hours of it.'

"Who likes the Hawkeyes?" ............................. no answer

"Do you know who the Hawkeyes are?" ........................ no answer

"Are there any children here right now?" ....................... 'Phil'

"How old was Phil when he passed?" ............................... no answer

"Does Phil have anything to tell Ashley?" .................. 'I'm happy.  Tell her he misses you.'   'He's saying he's sorry.  Wishes he could talk to you more.'

Chris: "Thanks Ty for the sessions tonight.  Talk to you later." .................... 'See ya.'   'Bye'

           Sunday, 10 Nov., Room 5:

Chris: "Ty, you there?" ....................'Yup'

"Okay, Chuck's going to ask some questions first and then we will open it up to other questions.  Go ahead Chuck"

Chuck: "Okay, I want to start with the serious side of things, which is different for me.  Tomorrow is Veteran's Day which is a day to remember and honor veterans who have served in the military at any time.  And if I miss any one, I apologize.  Harold, Markie, General Ford, James, all the Mason family members who served.  And President Lincoln who served during the Civil War.  And any one else I missed.  I salute them all.  Thank you." ...........Harold: 'You served.'    Another voice: 'Veterans'    Another voice: 'Thank you.'

"Yes, thank you.  Bart are you here tonight?" ........................ Bart: 'Yes.  Right here.'

"Bart, there is some indication your last name is Hammel?  Is that correct?" ....................... 'It was'

"And for our guests here, we showed what we think is a picture of your orb.  Confirm that you are bald headed?" ............... 'It is'

"Okay, thank you.  Are you back here full time with us?" ...................... 'For now.'

"Okay, good.  Don't let anyone run you off again.  You are welcome here with us." .................... 'Thank you.  The drinking was special.'

"Oh, a guest asked us about that.  Did you drink the beer that the guest left for you in Room 1 last night?" ............... 'Uh huh.  It was good.  Glub glub.'

"Does anybody else have any questions?" ............................ Harold: 'Speed it up.'

Paulette: "The picture that Chuck was showing us earlier of his family members, could you tell me if it was in Gettysburg?  Was it taken there?" ...........'By the field.'

"Yes, there is a field behind it.  But the cave, was that near a battlefield area?" ...................... various voices: 'Could be'    'Looked like it'   'Don't ask me'

Guest M: "The little girl in the pink dress who was following me, who was that?" ................. A woman's voice: 'Vera'

"How old was she when she passed?" .........................'Six'    'Her daughter'

"Is Vera a resident here at the Inn?" .................. 'She is'

"Vera, did you touch me in Room 6 last night?" ..................... Vera: 'I did'

Chuck: "Does she remind you of your mother?" ...................... 'Yes'

"What year did you pass?" .......................... Woman: '1911'

Guest: "What's your favorite game to play?" ........................'Hop scotch'    'We're all friends'

Chuck: "What did you think of the engagement proposal that our guests did just before coming up here?" ................. various voices: 'Yea!'  'Brought good feelings'  'Congratulations'  'They loved it'

Guest: "Did I see shooting stars on the bridge or orbs?" .......................... 'Mine.  Curtis'  (She saw two bright lights in the sky that were traveling side by side.)

"Curtis, who was with you?" ........................ 'Lisa'

"Is Lisa a resident here?" ...................... 'Lisa'   Harold: 'He loves her.'

Another guest: "Who hung out in Zander's room last night?" ........................ 'Zander.  Yes'

"Johnny, did you go visit Zander last night?"............................... 'Yes.'

"Did you guys play video games?" ............. 'Yes'

Chuck: "When our grand daughter was here last September, she saw a man in this room, over by the bowl and pitcher stand.  He was reading a book. Was that Frank?" ........................'No'

"Who was it?"........................ no answer

"Ty, do you know?" ..................... 'Howard'

"Howard, are you a resident here?" .................... 'Yes'

"How old were you when you passed?" .................. '85'

"Did you mean for her to see you?" ........................'No'   'I'm watching you from up here.'

"Am I doing anything wrong?" ........................ 'No.  I can see you.'

"Okay.  Keep me in line." .................. 'We try.'

Guest: "Who is it that plays with Zander at our house?" .........................'All the pets.'

Jinni: "What's your favorite movie?" ....................... girl's voice: 'Barney'

"Do you watch it with me on my computer?" ..............................various voices:  'We all do.'   'We love her.'   'Fred stays with her.'   'What's the apple for?'

Chris: "The apple was a trade for an earring.  Can we take it back to the kitchen?" ........................ 'He can't eat it.'

"Thank you for giving back the earring, by the way." ...............................'Okay'

Chuck: "Is Morris here?" ........................... Morris: 'Here'

"Are you back in the Inn now?" (Morris had gone to the light a couple of months ago and was not back yet in August.) ............. 'I'm back like before.'

"If you want to talk to Joy and let her know you're here you can do that." ......................... Harold: 'There's 42 more coming.'

"Do they want to talk on the box or interfere with it?" .................... 'Just talk'    Ty: 'Can't maintain it.'

Guest: "Has the typhoon in the Philippines affected your world?" .................. 'They already planned for this.'

Chris: "We're going to go now.  Thank you for talking." .................... 'Thank you for listening.'

"Bye for now." ....................... 'Bye'  'I'm staying'
