     We had the 101 class on Saturday and the 102 class on Sunday.  Most of the attendees took both classes and said they were glad they did.  The Saturday class covers the basics and the Sunday class ties everything together.  Before the session started, the people staying in Room 5 were looking at the Dr. equipment and one of the instruments started swinging.  They stopped it and tried to make it swing by walking around and other things that may have made it move, but they could not duplicate it.  They went downstairs to tell us about it and some of us went up to see what he was talking about.  We walked into the room and found the instrument swinging wildly, but we could not find a reason for it.   Here are the transcripts from the two "Box" sessions.  I did not transcribe the personal messages.

Saturday, May 16, Room 5:

Chris - "Okay, we're going to get started, Chuck's going to start, okay Ty?"..............'Be glad to.'

Chuck - "Hi, Ty.  How are you tonight?"....................'Hi, Chuck.  Good.'

"Can you tell us how many spirits are in the room with us tonight?"......................'Nine.  Ten.  Eleven.  It's going up.'

"Okay, I don't know who to ask this to, but a couple of weeks ago we had some investigators here and they went into Room 7 and they got a recording of someone saying "Good Evening".  Whose voice was that?"........'Harold'

"They also got a video of a transparent form passing in front of their camera in Room 5.  Does anybody know who that is?"........................'Andy'

"Is Andy a resident?"...............'No'

"Just passing through?"...............'Yes'        Harold - 'He heard about this place and he was visiting.'

Joy - "We just finished an EVP session and some of us heard a man's voice coming from that corner of the room where there are only women sitting.  Who was the man speaking?".............Harold - 'Markie'

"Hey, Markie, what did you say?".................Markie - 'Don't remember.'

"She asked 'What spirits do you know in the house?' and you said 'I know........' what did you say?"..............'Oh yeah.  I said I know Harold and Amanda and....'  (he named some others but we were laughing and I can't make it out.)

"When those investigators were here, somebody said "Mark" up in Jinni's room.  Who said that?"...........'Me'

"Is that Harold?"...............Harold - 'Yes, that's me.  I was looking for Markie.  He wasn't there.'      A man's voice said 'Joe'.

"Who's Joe?"................'I'm Joe.'

"Are you a resident here in the Inn, Joe?"................'No'

"Are you passing through?"..................'Passing.  Yes.'

"Is there a Mr. Knapp that is a resident here in the Inn?".................Harold - 'Yes'

"What's your first name, Mr. Knapp?"......................'Carl.  One p.'

"You spell Knap with one P?".....................'Yes'

"Carl, did you die here in the Inn?"....................'Yes'

"Do you remember what year that was?"...............'1902, I think.'

"And how did you die?  What was your cause of death?"........................(no answer)

"What is this about you wanting your money back?"...................'Robbed'

"Were you robbed here in the Inn?".........................'Wasn't an Inn then.  Tavern.  Having a drink.'

"Were you having a drink and you got robbed?...........'Woman robbed me.'      A woman's voice said 'It was me'.

"Who's 'me'?"........................Woman - 'I am.  I robbed him.'

"What's your name?"...................'Isabella.    Now he's dead.    Robbed him.'

"Carl, were you robbed and then killed?"....................Carl - 'Atleast'

"So it was one event then?  She robbed you then killed you?".................'Yes'

"And it was Isabella who did this?"......................'Yes'

"Was it a gun?".....................'Chain'

"Did she choke you?"....................'Uh huh.  It was devastating.'

"She robbed you and then choked you with a chain?".....................'Uh huh.'

"Sorry to hear that.".........................'Not as sorry as I am.'

"Do you like it here, Mr. Knap?".....................'Would you?'

"Yeah, we like it here."...........................'Oh'

"Carl, have you gone to the light yet?".......................'No'

"Do you see the light?"............................'Sometimes'

"You need to go to the light."......................'There's spaces.'

"But your family's probably there at the light?".......................'Wait.  Not yet.'

"Is Julia here tonight?".........................Woman's voice - 'Julia'

"Julia, when the men were here in Room 5, did you like them being there?".................'Upset me.'

"Why did it upset you that they were in here?".....................'Upset me.'

"Did you try to get them out of the room?"....................'I did.  Evil'

"I'm sorry they upset you, but they were trying to learn about you."..................'No'

"Is it okay that we are in here tonight?".........................'No'

"Is there a Carrie Ann here tonight?"...........................Girl's voice - 'Here'

"Carrie Ann, how old are you?"..............................'Dead'

"I realize that, but how old were you when you passed?"......................'Seven'

"Do you stay here full time?".......................'Yes'

"Are you in the room with the picture of the two little girls?"..................'Yes'

"Is one of those little girls you?".......................'Yes'

"Which one, Carrie?  The taller one or the shorter one?".......................'Taller'

"And the shorter one, what's her name?"..........................'Why do you want to know?'

"We want to learn more about you.  Were you a resident of Bentonsport?"....................'No'

"So you are here because of the picture?"........................'Come through it.'   'Sprague'

"Is your last name Sprague?".......................'Yes'

"What is the name of the other little girl in the picture?".......................'Audrey'

"Was she your sister?"...........................'Yes.  Did you see the mark on my face?'

"No, I did not notice a mark on your face.  How old was Audrey?".......................'Five'

"What year was that picture taken?"........................'Don't know'

Guest - "When I walked into this room, one of the surgical instruments was swinging.  Who moved the surgical instruments?".................Harold - 'Ty did it.'

"Was that you, Ty?  You did it?"..................Ty - 'Yeah.  I moved it.'

"Why did you do that?"...................'They were interested in them.'      Harold - 'Got them. Ha Ha.'

Guest - "Harold, are you going to visit Room 3 tonight?".....................Harold - 'Brace yourselves.'

Another guest - "Are you going to visit Room 6 tonight?"...............'We will.'

"We?  Who all is 'we'?".................................'I'm counting.'

Chuck - "Is there a James here who was a soldier in the War who died here?"..................Harold - 'Little boy.'

"Was he wounded in the war and brought to the hospital here?"....................'Yes'

"How old was he?"...........................Boy's voice, very weak - 'Battle wounded'

"James, where did you join up in the war?"....................'I died.'

"Where were you from when you joined up?"...................'I was a rebel.'

"Do you interact with Harold and Markie?"...................'Try to'

"Can you tell me what state you joined up in?"....................'Kentucky.  Rebel.'

Joy - "Last week I was checking in some people and I was standing in the foyer and I heard a man say 'I need some help'.  Who was that?"......................Harold - 'Disembodied voice.'

"Was it a joke?  Just being funny because I was checking people in?"..................'Joke'

"Was it Curtis or Harold?"........................'Curtis.  You were fooled.  It was funny.'

"I was fooled.  I heard you pretty clear."....................Curtis - 'Yeah.  I was close.'

Guest - "Who locked me in the bathroom?"....................'Harold.  That was funny.'

"Is there just the cat or are there any dogs here?"........................Woman - 'No dogs!'      Girl - 'I love dogs.'

"Harold, do you come up with your pranks randomly or are they planned?".....................'You want my secrets.'

"What do you guys think of Room 8's painting job?"........................'I like it.'     'It's still blue.'      'Nice'

Chris - "That's it for tonight.  We'll talk to you again tomorrow.  Bye.".............................'I'll be here.'    'Hold the phone!'

    During the night, Chris heard alot of tapping and walking-around sounds in his room.  The people in Room 5 found a rock on their bed.  The man in Room 6 felt a heavy pressure on his leg.  In Room 8, they heard some walking-around sounds from the attic above their heads.   One guest, Doug, talked to Carl and David during a private session and they went to the light.

      Sunday, May 17, Room 5:

Chuck - "Hi Ty.  My first question is for you.  Since you were playing around with the doctor's equipment yesterday, are you now one of the pranksters here at the Inn?"....................'Sure.   Game on.'

"Is Carl Knap here tonight?".....................'No'

"Is David here tonight?"....................'No David.'

"Do you know, did he go to the light?".....................'Yes.  Took them.'

"Okay, good.  So maybe next time we can talk to them."...................'Maybe.  If they come back.'

Guest - "Can you tell me who was walking in the attic last night?".....................'Me'

"What's your name, please?"................................'Harold.  Thank you.'

"Harold, were you driving Chris crazy last night?".........................'How'd you know it was me?   Party.'

Chris - "Harold, just so you know, I need to drive for eleven hours tomorrow, so please let me sleep tonight.  Okay?"............................'Party'

Guest - "Who left a rock on our bed?"......................Girl's voice - 'Me'

"Who was that?  Amanda?".........................Harold - 'Yeah, Amanda'

"Thanks Harold".......................'Pardon me?'

"Why did you do that Amanda?".......................Amanda - 'It was funny.'

"Amanda, did you go to the party with Jinni today?"....................'It was cool.  Pretty dresses.'

Guest - "Who was with us in our EVP sessions?"...................'Doc'

"And when we were in this room, did somebody make a noise we could hear?"..................'Creak'    Girl's voice - 'Chuck'

Chuck - "Who is calling me?".........................Amanda - 'Me.  It was fun.'

"Good, I'm glad you had fun.  Did you go to Jinni's Confirmation at Church last week?"...................'Yeah'

"Did you like her cake?"......................'Yum'

"What color dress did you wear, Amanda?"...........................'White'

"Did it have anything on it?".........................'Flowers.  Purple with green leaves.'   (Jinni had said Amanda was there and she wore a long dress with purple flowers on it.)

Guest - "Who was with us in our room last night, on our bed?"................Harold - 'Eight of us'

"No wonder it was so heavy.".........................'Josephine too'    'Cool party'

"We liked it too."....................'Great'

Guest - "Who touched my hair in the other room?".....................'Jack'

"Is Jack an adult or a child?"......................'Child'

"How old is Jack?"......................'Twelve'

"Is Jack a resident here?"......................Boy's voice - 'I am now.'

"What year did you die, Jack?"..........................'1905.  The branches'

"Did you die here in Bentonsport?"....................'Yes'

"What was your last name, Jack?".....................'Terry.  Nothing exciting.'

"Welcome to the Inn, Jack."....................'Thanks'

"What was that about the branches?  Did you fall out of a tree?"......................'No.  Swimming.  Debris.  Couldn't breathe.'

"Were you swimming in the river?"...............'Yes'

"Was that during the flood of 1905?"..................'After'

"After the flood?"...................'Yes'

"Why did you touch Clay's hair?"......................'Dad'

"Did he remind you of your Dad?".......................'Yeah.  He let me do it.'

Another Guest - "Was someone named William with me outside last night when I was doing an EVP?".............Man's voice - 'I was.  And a child.'

"What was the child's name?"....................'Don't know'

"William, are you a resident of the Inn or just in town?"........................'I travel'

Another Guest - "Did someone lock out door tonight?".....................Harold - 'Pay attention, you did.'

Joy - "I heard a child running in the hallway today about 2:30, who was that?".................'Johnny'

"Did you leave the rock on the bed?".........................'That was Amanda.'

Chuck - "Is Bart here tonight?"...................'Not right now.  I'll go get him.  He walks slow.'    Amanda - 'We told him to come fast.'      Bart - 'Hey'

"Hey, Bart, were you here with the group tonight when they were in Rooms 5 and 6 doing their EVPs?" .............'Maybe'

"Thank you for doing that."................'Sure'

"Is Carrie Ann here tonight?".....................Girl's voice - 'Here'

"Are you and Audrey attached to the picture in Room 4?".....................'I don't understand.'

"The portrait of two little girls in Room 4, did you come with it?"..................'What?'

Chris - "She doesn't understand what you want."

Guest - "There's an old car stuck in the riverbank outside.  It's a Model A or T.  Do you know whose car that is?".......................Harold - 'No'

Chuck - "Is Lewis Mason here?".........................'Yeah'

"Lewis, there's a stone house north of the Inn, on the other side of the railroad tracks.  Do you know what it was used for?".........................'Store things.'

"Was it a home or a factory building?".....................'Factory'

"What did they make in that building?"...................'Glass'

"Why did it have two front doors on it?"......................'Split'

"So it was two separate buildings on the inside?".....................'Two different purposes.'

"Did Noah G. Brown used to live there?".............................'Who?'

"Do you know who built that building?".........................'Was already there.  I don't know.'

"Was it built by the Mormon workmen who built this building?".......................'Yes.  French.'

"Was the owner French?"..........................'One was.'

Guest - "Does anyone know who the child was with William last night?"...................'You knew him.'

Chuck - "Is William attached to the man?"........................'For a long time, yes.'

Chris - "Okay, we are going to go now.  Thanks everybody."..................'Bye'   'Bye'    'Good bye'
